Why:        1.        The Province of British Columbia's Environmental Assessment Office is considering extending a granted certificate originally issued in August 2000 to develop a 500 million dollar ski resort in Stuikalh (Melvin Creek Watershed).  The original certificate is to expire August 14.

 

            2.        Chief John will speak to the 63 months of St'at'imc opposition to this development.
