UBCIC 49th Annual General Assembly

Dear Chiefs Council, sister organizations and friends:

Please be advised, the UBCIC 49th Annual General Assembly is scheduled for September 27-29, 2017. The AGA will be held at Musqueam Community Centre, xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam Territory). We are pleased to inform you the UBCIC will reimburse travel and accommodation costs for the Chief or the Chief's proxy for this AGA. Please find a proxy template letter if required HERE and please RSVP below. Observers do not need to RSVP.

The blocks of rooms reserved under the Union of BC Indian Chiefs at the River Rock Casino Resort and Holiday Inn are now full. Check for last minute bookings under the Union of BC Indian Chiefs at the River Rock Casino Resort (8811 River Rd, Richmond, BC), and the Holiday Inn & Suites (1110 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC). Please note that UBCIC Elder’s Representative George Saddleman is holding a UBCIC Elders' Committee meeting during lunch on September 27th and your membership fees are paid in full by 11:00am on Day 2, Sept 28th, 2017.
