SPECIFIC CLAIMS RESEARCH AND NEGOTIATION

URGENT CALL FOR FIRST NATIONS PARTICIPANTS

The Union of BC Indian Chiefs is asking all First Nations, their legal counsel, and representative organizations to take an online survey looking for feedback on your experiences with specific claims research funding and negotiations.

Survey data is urgently needed to provide supporting evidence for a comprehensive report on the effectiveness of the federal government’s current approach to the resolution of historical claims and advocate for an independent claims resolution process.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
