URGENT OPEN LETTER: Call for Immediate Action to End Dangerous Freedom Convoy

Dear Prime Minister Trudeau:

The so-called ‘Freedom Convoy’ is dangerously transitioning from an occupation of Parliament to an escalating national insurrection.

Your Father would not have tolerated such a despicable, blatantly racist, and hateful challenge to the democratic ideals and principles of our country – ideals and principles that courageous soldiers sacrificed their lives to defend.

When asked to what extent he was willing to go to defend Canada from the threat of the FLQ crisis, your late Father said, "Just watch me!" before he invoked the War Measures Act.

Mr. Prime Minister, it is now your moment to immediately invoke the Emergency Measures Act! The truckers convoy threatens to destroy the democratic ideals, civil liberties, and human rights that our forbearers fought long and hard for; the time is now for the necessary emergency measures to be taken to ensure peace, safety, and security can overcome destructive division, upheaval, and disruption.

Barbara Moon, perhaps you will find more favorable conditions to apply your particular model of society in another less-regulated, less developed and poorly-educated society somewhere else on Mother Earth. I supported PM Pierre Trudeau when he implemented the War Measures Act in October, 1970 when the extremist group (the FLQ) had taken hostage two public servants and threatened to bring down the Government of Canada. Given the radical, disjointed agenda of the small cabal of truckers and other radical elements in the so-called ‘Freedom Convoy’, I also support the proposal of Grand Chief Phillip that our duly-elected PM Justin Trudeau implement the War Measures Act to immediately remove all of those vehicles and individuals who so blatantly challenge our laws and democratic system, and to apply the full weight of the law for their criminal activities. Enough is enough!

Are you kidding me!! This is pure and utter BS slapping ALL Canadians in the face. If anyone should sign this BS, they need to move to Cuba or China where there is NO freedom. THIS IS CANADA, TRUE NORTH STRONG AND FREE. HOW DARE YOU PEOPLE DO THIS, SHAME ON YOU.
