The UBCIC Chiefs Council will be held at Musqueam Community Centre, xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam Territory). We are pleased to inform you the UBCIC will reimburse travel and accommodation costs for the Chief or the Chief's proxy for this Chiefs Council Meeting. Please find a proxy template letter here if required. All Chiefs and proxies please RSVP below.

Nominations are being sought for three (3) representatives to the First Nations Technology Council Board of Directors, and one (1) representative to the First Nations Gaming Commission. Please see attached Notice of Positions, Terms of Reference for the First Nations Technology Council and the First Nations Gaming Commission, UBCIC Election Procedures and nomination form. Please note the elections will take place on February 18th. As per the UBCIC Election Procedures, nominations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on February 3rd, 2016.

If you would like to submit a resolution, please review and and use the appropriate resolution template as outlined on the UBCIC Resolutions Process page. Draft resolutions and briefing notes must be submitted by 4:00 pm on February 2nd, 2016 to [email protected].
